Canto

Set in Syria of the early 1920s, Canto focuses on Antony and Dominic, British Army deserters, locked in a hotel room and a troubled relationship. Inspired by the poetry of Constantine P. Cavafy, Canto is a hymn and a tribute to the pathos of exile found in Cavafy’s work.
